HOW TO MAKE ALLOO TIKKI
INGREDIENTS (for 8-10 small tikki's):
- 2 POTATOES
 - 5-6 BREAD slices
 - SALT to taste
 - Few CORIANDER LEAVES
 - 1/4 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER
 - OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
 
PREPARATION:
- Boil potatoes and mash them properly .
 - Powder bread in a mixer grinder thoroughly.
 - kneed potatoes and bread crumbs and make a small lump free mixture.
 - add salt black pepper coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.
 - take small accurations and make small tikkis.
 - Deep fry tikkkis and serve hot with mint or tomatoe sauce placing a slice of tomatoe and onion on it.
 
10-15 minutes for cooking.
And second to eat!
