Alloo tikki

HOW TO MAKE ALLOO TIKKI

INGREDIENTS (for 8-10 small tikki's):

  1. 2 POTATOES
  2. 5-6 BREAD slices
  3. SALT to taste
  4. Few CORIANDER LEAVES 
  5. 1/4 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER
  6. OIL FOR DEEP FRYING

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil potatoes and mash them properly .
  2. Powder bread in a mixer grinder thoroughly.
  3. kneed potatoes and bread crumbs and make a small lump free mixture.
  4. add salt black pepper coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.
  5. take small accurations and make small tikkis.
  6. Deep fry tikkkis and serve hot with mint or tomatoe sauce placing a slice of tomatoe and onion on it.
Preparation time- 15-20 to boil potatoes
10-15 minutes for cooking.
And second to eat!
