Diet schedule of a baby

Baby is a little one whose good diet and health means everything to his parents, mainly because a good diet prevent dieases and make a child mentally and physically strong.
New mothers always wonder what they should feed to their baby and most importantly when to start.
This blog will talk about the early weaning and diet structure of the baby to help him boost his immune system and stay super active and strong.
The best time to start weaning is when your baby is 6 months old, till then it is very important to offer only breastfeed or formula milk. But if in any case, mother is not able to feed the child or baby is not accepting the milk, then early weaning can be started by 4.5 months.
In case of early weaning, only easy digestible food is preferred such as rice water, yellow split lentils water ( moong daal water), fully cooked apple puree, fully cooked pear puree and gradually to sweet potato and potato.
It is very important to give fully cooked food to a baby because a baby's digestive works very slowly, if partially cooked food is offered then either baby stomach will not digest it and you will see exactly same food in his poop or else will lead to bad stomach.
In case of 6 months weaning, then also you should start only with rice water or lentils water but then afterwards there are many more options too, such as
Homemade cereals wheat or rice or oats.
Readymade cereals.
Cereals should be mixed with breastfeed or formula to give best benefit to the baby in single feed.
In case of cereals, it is very important to start with rice first and then gradually move to wheat then oats and then multigrain.
Many fruits can be given such as apple, pear, banana,  blueberries,  superberries, avacado, peaches and chikko.
There is a list of vegetables as well such as sweet potato, potato,  pumpkin, carrots and french beans.
All you can do is to add fruits to the sweet food like cereals or oatmeals and blend them and feed, or else you can simple boil the fruits and then puree them and feed. It all depends upon a child that which form is accepted by him.
In case of vegetables, you can either simply boil blend and feed or else you can add them with lentils or khichdi and cook them together and then blend and feed.
Again it's completely upon a baby that which form is more liked by him.
Key points:
1. Give at atleast 4 to 5 meals to baby in order to help him adapt to different flavours.
2. Mix and match the meals with breast feed , donot terminate the feeding process immediately.
3. Donot talk while feeding. This will create problem to feed the other day because the baby will demand more gestures along with different food daily and giving  variation daily to small child is beyond a difficult task.
4. Donot force feed the baby, forcefeeding always end up with puking or bad stomach or child becoming stubborn to never accept anything. Be cool with the flow, always offer on demand of a child, which then help them to cherish the food and eat it till full tummy.
5. On initial days you should prefer to feed only one kind food and in small quantity, so that you can check whether baby is able digest it or not.
6. Always uplift the baby then gently move your hands on their back to help them burp and digest the food because baby's cannot walk or exercise to digest their meals and rubbing the back helps to push the trapped air in between the food to come out and food to get down and digest properly.
7. It is very important to introduce all kind of food to the baby within 1 year because in initial months baby's body try to adapt and accept new food easily, once you forget to introduce any major food then it can end to baby being allergic to those items.

Loose weight from first day


SLIM!

When we here this word "slim", we want to know all way outs to get this title. However, being slim is not everything, you should be healthy from inside as well. So, good diet accompanied with exercise and some important tips can help us achieve all compliments we dream for.
First of all, we need to know what fat is?


Fat is a very essential nutrient for our body but their are different types of fats and their effects on our body. They are
  • saturated - commonly known as solid fat and mainly found in dairy products, meat products and processed foods. Large intake of these fats may increase heart disorder risks.
  • unsaturated - which includes monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. This type of fat lowers the levels of cholesterol and lowers the risk of heart diseases. Unsaturated fats are found in nuts, olives, avocados, eggs, fish and sunflower oil.
  • transfer - These are not natural fats, are partially hydrogenated oils. These fats are very bad for health as it increases cholesterol levels and increases the risk of heart diseases.  Mainly found in fast foods, fried foods, packed foods and baked foods.
So you should be aware of what your body needs and what is worst for your body.
Now that was all about fat, lets talk about the cure.
Best exercises that give results from first day.
1. Half moon pose- how to do- stand in a straight posture, joining your legs and back should be straight.
Now uplift your hands tightly towards upwards, (shoulders should touch your ears) then hold hands and fold with each other. Now by stretching the index finger, turn towards one side and bend as much as you can for atleast 5 seconds..
Come back to your normal position and band other side.
Repeat this exercise 10-15 times twice daily and you will notice a great change.
Trust me i lost more than 4 inches in a month.

2. Now next and best exercise is squat- this exercise is performed by bending the legs as if you are sitting on a chair but without the support of a chair or wall. This exercise helps in toning the legs and provides strength to the muscles. An image depicting this exercise is below.

3. Brisk walking-
Walk as fast as you can, this helps in loosing fat from overall body because walking stress every body part. Donot practise this exercise after having meals as this may make you feel sick.



4. Jogging-
 Jogging is combination of walking and jumping, while walking jumping warms the body and prepare it to loose extra weight, the walking helps in burning it.

5. Cycling-
This is my favourite exercise, because cycling is so amazing and have bundle of pros and no cons. Practising this exercise in early morning, not only helps in burning extra fat, but also helps in absorbing vitamin d because cycling helps in opening the pores and consuming the best rays from sun. Don't forget to put on some sunblock if going little late.

6. Breathing exercises-
Yoga is of many types, but most effective stem is breathing exercise which includes different types, such as

a). Deep breathing-
Hold your breath as long as you can. This exercise relieves the entire body and extract the waste which ruins the internal system.

b) Slow breathing-
 Breathe in slowly then breathe out slowly. This helps you to feel your body, this should be practised when you are feeling low, as it works like meditation and rejuvenates your body, making you feel fresh and light.

c) Fast breathing-
 Breathe as fast as you can, you should feel your belly going in and out rapidly. This works wonders for those who have belly fat,.

d) Lion’s breath-
Lion’s breath is an energising yoga breathing exercise which helps in relieving tensions in  chest and face.
e) Alternate nostril breathing-
Alternate nostril breathing, is a breathing practice for relaxation of mind which helps in elevating stress and results with a peaceful mind.


f) Equal breathing-
Equal breathing technique focuses on making your inhale and exhales the same length. Making your breath smooth and steady can help bring about balance and threshold.
You should focus on a breath length that is not very easy and not very difficult.

g) Sitali breathing- If you want to lower your body temperature and relax your mind, then this breathing practise is best for you to perform.
Without forcing your breath, slightly extend your breath in length. Since you inhale through your mouth during Sitali breath, you need a place that’s free of any allergens that affect you and air pollution which may make you ill at the end.

Aids given by Finance Ministry


Finance Ministry on Coronavirus

Coronavirus has attacked almost every country in the world and hit the economy. Most powerful economies like U.S and Europe is also in the folds of this pandemic. Now the major assertion arise is that how will the legal authorities deal with it and provide relief to their citizens and the cooperation of the individuals towards society and the government to integrate and curb the situation. Following actions have already been taken by the Finance Ministry and some of them are in the quotes.

Finance Ministry assert that:

  1. Last date of filing income tax return for the financial year 2018-19 is extended to June 30, 2020. This is a great relief for the large organisations as those are the ones who are in higher critical situations economically. 
  2. Furthermore, interests on TDS deposits is reduced to 9% from 18% .
  3. Also, linking date for ADHAR, Pan is extẹnded to June 30, 2020. 
  4. Announcement of Vivad se Vishwaas scheme, which cuts off the interests and penalty charged on settling tax disputes had put a great relief to the sufferers.
  5. Individuals are also relieved to pay the GST returns till June 30. Moreover, no charge, fine and penalty will be charged to the companies having turnover < Rs 5 crore. However, 9 percent interest would be charged to the companies having turnover > Rs 5 crore.
  6. Last date for settling disputes in the indirect tax regime under Sabka Vishwas scheme is also extended to June 30, 2020.
  7. Under Insolvancy and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), the threshold for the default will be raised from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1 crore.
  8. Permission accessed to one month delay on import permits for fisheries. 
  9. No penalty on low balance in bank accounts is the great relief for every citizen who are allowed to withdraw cash from any other bank's ATM without any overhead charges for next 3 months.
  10. Announcement of the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Scheme under which 1.7 Lakh Crore rupees are sanctioned to help the poor and migrant workers.
  11. The Finance Minister also announced the Pradhan Mantri garib Kalyan Anna Yojna which enlist additional 5 Kg of rice or Wheat along with 1 Kg of preferred pulses to be given to poor for following 3 months.    
  12. Under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Yojna, Farmers will be given Rs. 2000 each as their first installment.
  13. Highly applauded aid for health care workers who stood at front to save the citizens of their nation, they will be covered under 50 lakh medical insurance which is going to benefit 20 lakh beneficiaries.
  14. Free LPG cylinders will be provided to 8 crore BPL families.
  15. Rs 1000 each will be given to Senior citizens, widows and Disabled.
  16. To all the Women who are Jan Dhan Account Holders, they will be given Rs 500 per month for Subsequent three months
  17. Hike in wage rate from Rs 182 to Rs 202 with the increment of Rs 2000 to every worker under MNREGA which benefits around 5 crore people.
  18. Under EPFO regulations, some amendments are done, which allows the workers to withdraw 75% of their contingency expenditure or advance wage of 3 months whichever is less which is non refundable advance, benefiting 4.5 crore workers.
Expectations in future enlisted by Finance Ministry:

  1. Most importantly, their is an urge to monitor the stability in stock market which can give little boost to the organisations. Therefore, a great effort is put by the task force to handle the circumstances.
  2. According to the sources, the department of financial services secretary, wrote to the RBI for a deferment on the payment of EMI's, loan repayments and interests for coming few months.
  3. Economic Package for small scale organisations, self-employed and Entrepreneur is in the discussion and will be announced soon.
