CRISPY YUMMY CORNS



CRISPY YUMMY CORNS


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boiled or steamed sweet corns -(2 cups). {Corns should be sieved properly but leave them little moist)
  2. Rice flour (4-5 tblspoon)
  3. Cornflour (2 tblspoons)
  4. Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
  5. Oil (2 tblspoon)
  6. 1 onion (finely chopped)
  7. Chat masala (1/2 teaspoon)
Preparation:-
  1. Sieve together rice flour and cornflour in a flat plate.
  2. Add a pinch of salt in it.
  3. Take a dry siever and and add some corns in it.
  4. Slowly start pouring the flour mixture over corns by letting the excess mixture sieved in plate.
  5. Now, put a non-stick fry pan on medium flame and add oil and then add coated sweet corns.
  6. Cover the pan with lid. ( not allowing corns to pop out on you)
  7. Shake after every 1/2 minute.
  8. Let corns roast for 8-10 mins.
  9. Turn of the flame and add chopped onions , chaat masala and salt to it.
  10. Mix property.
  11. Serve with coriander garnishing.
Enjoy 5 minute snack anytime!!
