JAIL VIEW OF BABA RAM RAHIM

GURMEET RAM RAHIM SINGH INSAN : A SELF STYLED GODMAN born ON 15 August 1967  was known as an Indian guru, music producer, actor, singer and film maker. He was 7, when he was initiated into the Dera Sacha Sauda by Shah Satnam Singh and became leader on 23 September 1990.

Singh and his wife Harjeet Kaur have two daughters named Amarpreet and Charanpreet. They also have a son Jasmeet, who is married to Husanmeet, a daughter of the Indian National Congress leader Harminder Singh Jassi. He also adopted Priyanka Taneja as his daughter, giving her name Honeypreet in 2009.
Before the strong step taken by the women in 2002, he was being renouned as the biggest social servant who is ready to help the needy's all the time. Ram Rahim knows the innocence of public, so was successful in befooling them  
Letter sent by a women to the respective Chief Ministers of Punjab and Haryana and the Union Home Minister, CBI, NHRC and the Punjab and Haryana High Court was immediately discussed and sought a report from Sirsa.
After the report from Sirsa, the Punjab and Haryana High Court ordered the CBI to investigate the matter. The investigations involved contacting 18 of sadhvis who had left the dera by 2002. after some time ram Rahim was charged for the murder of journalist Ram Chander Chhatrapati, who was writing articles about Dera Sacha Sauda, and for the murder of Dera Sacha Sauda manager Ranjit Singh.
Despite of so many allegations, ram Rahim was so confident that he will be rescued from the cases easily. And he tried all the ways and means to do the same. 

But On 25 August 2017, a special CBI court in Panchkula, Haryana, delivered its verdict in a sexual assault case, finding Singh guilty of two rapes. Singh was taken into custody. There were violent protests in parts of India with reports of widespread vandalism. DSS members were killed in clashes with police.
On 26 August 2017, the properties belonging to Gurmeet Singh were seized to avoid protests.
On 28 August 2017, Ram Rahim was sentenced to a total of 20 years jail imprisonment, 10 years for each of the two rape cases. The case of the murder of reporter Ram Chander Chhatrapati will be held separately.

Now as he is in jail, he cannot enjoy those luxuries enjoyed by him outside. his house was not less than a palace

But now, he have to adjust in conditions opposite to his earlier life.
Resources says, he have been trying to get some luxuries in jail but failed. As, concluded by the psychiatrists who examined him, Gurmeet Singh is sex addict and need treatment for the same. Since, he is in jail, his hunger for physical pleasures cannot be treated. He was very uncomfortable which he was aware of, thats why he pleaded and cried in front of judge to forgive him.

Thanks to the advocate who helped the sadvis to take revenge from Gurmeet Singh and the respected judge Jagdeep Singh , who fairly took the decision and punished Gurmeet Singh with 35 lakh penalty and jail imprisonment for 20 years.

    CRISPY YUMMY CORNS



    CRISPY YUMMY CORNS


    INGREDIENTS:
    1. Boiled or steamed sweet corns -(2 cups). {Corns should be sieved properly but leave them little moist)
    2. Rice flour (4-5 tblspoon)
    3. Cornflour (2 tblspoons)
    4. Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
    5. Oil (2 tblspoon)
    6. 1 onion (finely chopped)
    7. Chat masala (1/2 teaspoon)
    Preparation:-
    1. Sieve together rice flour and cornflour in a flat plate.
    2. Add a pinch of salt in it.
    3. Take a dry siever and and add some corns in it.
    4. Slowly start pouring the flour mixture over corns by letting the excess mixture sieved in plate.
    5. Now, put a non-stick fry pan on medium flame and add oil and then add coated sweet corns.
    6. Cover the pan with lid. ( not allowing corns to pop out on you)
    7. Shake after every 1/2 minute.
    8. Let corns roast for 8-10 mins.
    9. Turn of the flame and add chopped onions , chaat masala and salt to it.
    10. Mix property.
    11. Serve with coriander garnishing.
    Enjoy 5 minute snack anytime!!

    ORANGE CAKE

    ORANGE CAKE

    INGREDIENTS:-

    1. MAIDA-1.25CUP(150GM)
    2. MITHA SODA-1/2 TSP
    3. Backing powder-1tsp
    4. Cocoa powder-1/4 cup(25gm)
    5. Butter-100gm(1/4cup) or oil-1/4 cup+1tbsp
    6. Sugar Powdered- 2tbsp or Castor sugar
    7. Fanta- 100ml (1/3 cup +1 tbsp)
    8. orange liquid colour-4 to 5 drops
    9. tutti-frutti- (50gm) 
    10. orange essence-1/2 tsp

    METHOD:-

    1. Sift together maida , cocoa powder, mitha soda and baking powder . keep aside
    2. In a bowl cream together butter/oil and sugar till light with beater.
    3. Add liquid colour and beat very well.
    4. Add half of Fanta and half of sifted maida mixture.
    5. Add leftover Fanta and maida, add essence .Beat about 2-3 minutes till mixture is light.
    6. Add tutti-frutti (first dust it with maida)
    7. Pour in greased 7" diameter. bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 160 deg Celsius.
    8. Maida can be replaced with wheat flour with same steps followed.
    Yum delicious orange cake is ready to eat.

    RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE

    HOW TO MAKE RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE

    INGREDIENTS:-

    1. MAIDA-1CUP(125GM)
    2. MITHA SODA-1/2 TSP
    3. Backing powder-1tsp
    4. Cocoa powder-1/4 cup(25gm)
    5. Butter-100gm(1/4cup) or oil-1/4 cup+1tbsp
    6. Sugar Powdered-2tbsp or Castor sugar
    7. Milkmaid-1/2 tin (200gm) (3/4 cup)
    8. Coke- 100ml (1/3 cup +1 tbsp)

    METHOD:-

    1. Sift together maida , cocoa powder, mitha soda and baking powder . keep aside
    2. In a bowl cream together butter/oil and sugar till light with beater.
    3. Add milkmaid and beat very well.
    4. Add half of coke and half of sifted maida mixture.
    5. Add leftover coke and maida, add essence .Beat about 2-3 minutes till mixture is light.

    HOW TO MAKE CARAMEL HALWA

    INGREDIENTS:- (for 1 bowl)

    1. 250 gm Bread crumbs(powdered bread)...{you can powder it in a mixer or powder rusk or buy bread crumbs from the market.
    2. 2 tablespoon desi ghee
    3. Sugar to taste
    4. Milk 1 cup or more
    5. Cheese(Paneer) 250 gm

    PREPARATION:-

    1. Roast powdered bread in desi ghee till light brown.
    2. On Low flame Add sugar and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
    3. Add milk and let it boil till the halwa get its consistency.
    4. add grated cheese. 
    5. mix well. SERVE HOT!

    Alloo tikki

    HOW TO MAKE ALLOO TIKKI

    INGREDIENTS (for 8-10 small tikki's):

    1. 2 POTATOES
    2. 5-6 BREAD slices
    3. SALT to taste
    4. Few CORIANDER LEAVES 
    5. 1/4 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER
    6. OIL FOR DEEP FRYING

    PREPARATION:

    1. Boil potatoes and mash them properly .
    2. Powder bread in a mixer grinder thoroughly.
    3. kneed potatoes and bread crumbs and make a small lump free mixture.
    4. add salt black pepper coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.
    5. take small accurations and make small tikkis.
    6. Deep fry tikkkis and serve hot with mint or tomatoe sauce placing a slice of tomatoe and onion on it.
    Preparation time- 15-20 to boil potatoes
    10-15 minutes for cooking.

    HOW TO MAKE BTATA PURI

    INGREDIENTS(for 10 batata puri's ):

    1. 2 BOILED POTATOES
    2. 10 MATHRI
    3. 20-30 PEANUTS
    4. 1 fine chopped ONIONS
    5. 2-3 GREEN CHILLIES
    6. 1 teaspoon CHAT MASALA
    7. SALT TO TASTE
    8. 1/2 teaspoon RED CHILLI POWDER
    9. coriander leaves
    10. 50gm SEV

    PREPARATION:

    1. Boil 2 potatoes, a little extra boiled so that they can be crushed properly.
    2. Chop onion and green chillies and mix with crushed potatoes .
    3. Add chat masala , salt ,and red chilli powder.
    4. Mix this mixture thoroughly.
    5. Now add one tablespoon of this mixture on one mathri.
    6. garnish it with peanuts sev and coriander leaves.
    Your yum delicious crispy batata puri is ready.

    Weight of a body not completely depend upon the age of a person, it depends on height, body mass and fat.Exact Body Mass Index (BMI)describe the fitness status of a body. overweight i.e. Obesity is, in most cases, caused by inappropriate diets, consuming too much fat. 
    To calculate your BMI:
    • Divide your weight in kilo grams by the square of your height in metres.
    • Divide your weight in pounds by the square of your height in inches, and then multiply by 703.
    The answer you get is your BMI:
    • If your BMI is less than 18.5 then you are underweight, you may need to gain weight.
    • If your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 you are an ideal weight.
    • If your BMI is between 25 and 29.9 you are classed as overweight and should take measures to lose weight.
    • If your BMI is over 30 then you are classed as obese.  You should lose weight by changing your diet and/or increasing exercise.
    BMI is not accurate in all cases – for example, people with athletic builds may have a high BMI – muscle is heavier than fat which can skew the results. 

    ABOUT FAT-

    Fat is an essential part of our diet and nutrition, we cannot live without it. 
    Our bodies require small amounts of 'good fat' to function and help prevent disease.  However, a lot of modern diets contain far more fat than the body needs.  Too much of the wrong type of fat, can cause serious health complaints including obesity, higher blood pressure and cholesterol levels, which in turn lead to a greater risk of heart disease.

    • Fat is a concentrated source of energy – 1 gram of fat contains 9 calories, much more than a gram of protein or carbohydrate which both contain 4 calories.  The body can pull on its fat reserves during lean times for energy, converting fat into glucose.  
    • Fat help protect our vital organs – without fat our organs would damage.  Furthermore, fat acts as an insulator, helping us to maintain the correct body temperature. 
    • Fat enables our bodies to process vitamins A, D, E and K, which are all fat soluble and vital to good health.
    • Like amino acids in protein, fat contains essential fatty acids (EFA’s).  These EFA’s are, as their name suggests, essential to good health and likely to help the heart and immune system.  The human body cannot make its own (synthesise) these EFA’s and therefore has to get them from consumption of fat.
    • Some fatty acids – like omega 3 – may provide other health benefits such as complimenting the cognitive processes of the brain.
    • Fat makes food taste better.  Hot buttered crumpets, double cream on trifle, gravy made from dripping!

    Although we only need small quantities of the right kinds of fat to stay healthy.  We all know that too much fat and consuming the wrong kind of fat can be detrimental to our health. 



    Types of Fat


    Saturated and unsaturated

    The two main types of fat are saturated and unsaturated. Unsaturated fats are generally considered better for us than saturated fats.

    Hydrogenated or Trans Fat

    Hydrogenated fat is manufactured fat used in processed foods.  It contains some qualities desirable to food manufacturers, but is perhaps the worst of all fats when it comes to health.  

    Cholesterol

    Cholesterol is a type of fat found in the blood.  Nearly all the cholesterol in the body is produced by the liver, very little is found in foods although seafood, liver, kidney and eggs do contain some cholesterol.  Cholesterol is vital in the body, not only does it play a role in how all cells work but it is also a ‘building block’ for other essential chemicals that the body produces.



    Now question arises how to overcome the obesity and live a healthy and fit life.


    1.Reduce Consumption of Sugars and Starches: Sugar lead to build much of unnecessary fat which at the end lead to obesity. 

    Sugar and Starch sources:

    Sugarcane, sugar beet, apple, honey, banana, pineapple, carrot, beetroot, yogurt, prunes, etc.

    2. Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables

    Each one of our meals should include a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables. Constructing our meals in this way will automatically bring your carb intake into the recommended range of 20-50 grams per day.


    Protein Sources:

    • Meat – Beef, chicken, pork, lamb, bacon, etc.
    • Fish and Seafood – Salmon, trout, shrimps, lobsters, etc.
    • Eggs – Omega-3 enriched or pastured eggs are best.
    The importance of eating plenty of protein can not be overstated.
    This has been shown to boost metabolism by 80 to 100 calories per day.
    High protein diets can also reduce obsessive thoughts about food by 60%, reduce desire for late-night snacking by half, and make you so full that you automatically eat 441 fewer calories per day… just by adding protein to your diet.
    When it comes to losing weight, protein is the king of nutrients. Period.

    Low-Carb Vegetables:

    • Broccoli
    • Cauliflower
    • Spinach

    • Brussels Sprouts
    • Cabbage
    • Swiss Chard
    • Lettuce
    • Cucumber
    • Celery

    Don’t be afraid to load your plate with these low-carb vegetables. You can eat massive amounts of them without going over 20-50 net carbs per day.
    A diet based on meat and vegetables contains all the fiber, vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy. There is no physiological need for grains in the diet.

    Fat Sources:

    • Olive oil
    • Coconut oil
    • Avocado oil
    • Butter
    • Tallow
    Eat 2-3 meals per day. If you find yourself hungry in the afternoon, add a 4th meal.
    Don’t be afraid of eating fat, trying to do both low-carb AND low-fat at the same time is a recipe for failure. It will make you feel miserable and abandon the plan.
    The best cooking fat to use is coconut oil. It is rich in fats called Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs). These fats are more fulfilling than others and can boost metabolism slightly.

    2. Eat a high-protein breakfast followed by no-protein dinner: Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day.

    4. avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight.
    5. Drink water a half hour before meals. One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months.

    7. Eat soluble fibre. Studies show that soluble fibres may reduce fat, especially in the belly area. Fibre supplements like glucomannan can also help.

    12. Eat less and after some intervals: If you wish to eat a lot specially your favourite dish, you can eat it in some intervals, by dividing your plate into 4 quarter plates and completing other after a spam of 1 hour or more(following with one glass of warm water 10minutes after meal).
    13. 7-8 hours power nap(sound sleep): Poor sleep is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain, so taking care of your sleep is important.

    Apple Cider Vinegar is an all-natural product that is known to have a number of healthy benefits such as increasing stamina and boosting your immune system. It takes approximately 6-7 months time, but this Apple Cider Vinegar recipe is an inexpensive way to make it at home.

    In addition to lowered blood sugar and weight loss, a study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry showed interesting findings regarding ACV and cholesterol.  Lowered VLDL levels and lowered triglycerides were discovered in lab rats who were given apple cider vinegar alongside a high cholesterol diet. The rats who were not given ACV did not see the same drop in cholesterol.

    Don’t reach for a chemical-filled energy drink if you’re feeling tired. Instead, grab a bottle of apple cider vinegar for an energy boost. The potassium and enzymes in apple cider vinegar help to give you a pick me up. Just add some ACV to a glass of water. I like adding it to my water during a workout to prevent fatigue. The amino acids in apple cider vinegar combat lactic acid build up that can happen after exercise.

    Throat:

    The bacteria fighting properties of apple cider vinegar work just about anywhere. Gargle equal parts warm water and apple cider vinegar at the first sign of a sore throat to keep it at bay and repeat every hour as needed.

     Facial Toner/Cleanser:




    The antibacterial properties of apple cider vinegar are great for cleaning most everything, even your face. It can even help prevent breakouts. Just like with you scalp, it can help balance your skin’s pH levels. Dilute some apple cider vinegar with water and apply to a cotton ball to use as a toner or on blemishes.

    Baking:

    Fluff up your baked goods by adding apple cider vinegar. It adds lift to cookies, cakes, and other concoctions and you won’t taste it in the final product.

    Acne:

    Coming from a long line of klutzes, this was a use of apple cider vinegar I was happy about. After a bump or the appearance of a bruise dab on some apple cider vinegar. It acts as an anti-inflammatory agent and will help to ease the discolouration.

    Whiten Teeth:

    Make those teeth sparkle after swishing around some apple cider vinegar diluted with two parts water. Then brush as usual. The bacteria-fighting power of ACV is an added bonus too.

    Eliminate Bad Breath:

    Use apple cider vinegar as a mouthwash, and gargle to help eliminate objectionable mouth odour. It kills the bacteria that causes bad breath.

     Stop Smelly Feet:

    In case you haven’t figured it out yet, apple cider vinegar helps get rid of bad smells, wherever they may be. If that just so happens to be on your feet, try this remedy. Wipe your toes and feet down with a paper towel soaked in ACV to combat the odor. The ability of apple cider vinegar to balance the pH of your feet and eliminate odour causing bacteria is what makes it a great natural remedy.

     Flake Free Hair:





    Apple cider vinegar is an excellent weekly hair rinse. It leaves hair looking shiny and soft. The acid in ACV helps to remove product build up. It also helps to balance your scalp’s pH level. Mix 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar into 4 cups water and rinse the hair after shampooing, then rinse with cold water. If you are having issues with dandruff, twice a week try spraying your scalp with equal parts apple cider vinegar and water. Place a towel around your head and leave wrapped for up to an hour. Wash your hair as you usually would.

    Deodorant:

    Many deodorants are harmful to your health. Apple cider vinegar will help fight the odour-causing bacteria without the cancer-causing toxins. Just apply a little ACV under your arms. You won’t be left smelling like vinegar once it dries.


    Sauces:

    I use ACV for my barbecue sauce and it’s perfect for that tangy but sweet flavor. Try it in your favourite marinades or mix it into condiments that are too thick.

    Wart Remover:

    Over the counter wart removers are anything but natural. A trip to the doctor to remove it can be scary, painful, and leave a scar. Instead, soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and cover the wart. Leave it covered overnight (I use a band aid or medical tape) and repeat every night until the wart falls right off.

    Non-Toxic Cleaner: 

    vinegar is an excellent household cleaner. Raw, unfiltered vinegar contains all the bacteria-fighting benefits that some commercial vinegars lack. To make your own cleaning solution, simply mix equal parts water and ACV, plus a little elbow grease, to get your home free of dirt, bacteria, and toxins cleaners.
